Where is GoCar based?

We are headquartered in Brooklyn, NY and provide transportation services for the boroughs in the vicinity and surrounding New York region 24 hours a day.

Does GoCar make trips outside of the NY region?

The drivers at GoCar will travel anywhere along the East Coast to transport customers to their intended destination. Please note that all long-distance trips will require reservations in advance.

Do you service all the local airports?

GoCar services major airports throughout the Tri-State area – including JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro – and can have a car waiting for you at your arriving terminal when your flight arrives.

What payment methods does GoCar accept?

GoCar will always accept payment in the form of cash. Credit cards will be accepted for payments of $25 or more via Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Checks will only be accepted as payment from existing GoCar Corporate Account holders in good standing.

How will I know when my vehicle is ready to pick me up?

Every GoCar displays the orange-colored company logo on its side and will honk the horn to signal that it is waiting for you. You can request for the driver to give you a courtesy call providing a callback phone number is given.

Does GoCar offer car seats for children?

GoCar can provide vehicles equipped with carseats upon request at no extra charge. To ensure that such a vehicle will be available, it's best to request this option at least 12 hours in advance.

Can I open a personal account with GoCar?

A GoCar Frequent Rider Account can be opened by all customers in good standing and will offer special perks such as bonus rides and other VIP services.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

A GoCar Corporate Account can be opened by businesses of all sizes and will offer special discounts and other VIP services along with other handy options such as an integrated messenger delivery service for important documents and packages.

How can I make reservations in advance?

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance and can be done via phone, fax or the online reservation order form on our website.

What happens if I must change or cancel my reservations?

Customers must notify the office of any changes or cancellations to their reservations within 12 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid paying a cancellation fee.
